Registration Form
I can’t wait to have your child as a student! Please use the attached form to submit some information so I can become more familiar with your child and his/her piano experience.
Lets create a wonderful, committed experience.
Studio media release form
Please sign and return the attached media release form at your lesson.
You are always welcome to contact me thru email or my cell phone. I will respond to your questions and concerns within 24 hours.
TUITION:
Monthly tuition is $110 for weekly one-hour lessons. This is due the first week of every month. Please make payment through Zelle or cash. My business email (denaspianostudio@gmail.com) is the connection. There is also a yearly $50 registration fee per student.
ATTENDANCE:
Regular attendance is expected. Please give notice if you know you will miss a lesson. Make-ups can only happen if there is an open slot in my schedule. We can work that out through personal conversation. There is no refund for missed lessons.
REGARDING PRACTICE:
Students are encouraged to make the piano part of their daily rhythm. On each student’s binder, there is a practice schedule according to their level and skill set.
Access to a well-maintained instrument is essential. Pianos function optimally when serviced twice a year. (I have a wonderful piano technician if you need a recommendation)
Keyboards should be full-size with weighted keys.
LESSON CALENDAR:
Please look at the binder your student(s) bring home. All the dates for the upcoming year are already scheduled. Please put them on your calendar!
MY GOAL:
My goal of teaching is to instill a love of music. I strive to create opportunities to learn all types of music so that the student wants to practice. I envision my students becoming musicians with a smile on their face and confidence in themselves to accomplish all their dreams.
